I personally oversee all my projects, do most of the work in-house, and use a trusted network of professional subcontractors for utilities work. I started American Dream Construciton in 1993 and run it the same way today, one successful job at a time. I am honest, punctual, and very respectful of your property, time, and needs. This is what differentiates me from the "stereotypical" contractor. As a result of doing business my own way, a high percentage of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals. When you make an appointment for a free estimate I assess your needs and budget and find solutions that meet both. You'll receive a written no obligation estimate in your email, usuallly within 24 hrs. Estimates are based on my past job costs. Next you simply call to schedule the work and I execute the work in a professional and timely manner--with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Then we work together to close out the job, making sure all your expectations have been met along the way.
